I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F), a firefighter paramedic, and a dad of three with more than a decade of coaching experience in strength and conditioning, track & field, and football at both the high school and collegiate levels.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and have worked in emergency services, collegiate athletics, private sector coaching, and gym management. For more than a decade, I’ve worked with athletes, first responders, and everyday people with different goals, schedules, and training backgrounds.
Ideal Performance State was created to provide straightforward strength and conditioning for people looking for more direction in their training. Whether you’re getting back into working out, trying to balance training with work and family life, or simply tired of bouncing between random programs online, IPS exists to help outline your path to whatever your goals may be.
